The Wellbefy app works for Androids and iPhones. Does not work on Windows phones. If you have a Windows, contact us here and we will help you get a profile on our website instead.
Do you have an Android or iPhone but can not download the app. Check so you have searched for the correct name in the Google Play or App Store (Wellbefy, is the correct name). If you see the app but can not download it, it is likely that you have too little memory in your phone. You need to create more space on your mobile before downloading the app. The app size is approximately 7.5 MB.
You can easily adjust it by accessing the settings in the app. You can find the settings under the profile page and at the top to the right you will find a cogwheel symbol to press. When you are in Settings, scroll down to Switch Team / Business. Touch it and enter the correct code. Done!
Problems with logging in
Have you for any reason logged out from the app and having trouble signing in again? This may be because you have entered the wrong e-mail address or password. Touch the eye at the password bar to make it easier for you to type the correct password.
Are you unsure about which email address you registered with? Contact your internal administrator for Wellbefy in your organization or contact us here.
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily change by pressing the forgotten password button.
If you are logged out and have entered an incorrect mail address when you did the registration, contact us here.
How do I delete my user profile?
Delete your user by contacting your administrator for the app in your organization. Or contact us immediately and we will fix help you out. Contact us here.
02. The app
How do I remove push notifications?
You can easily adjust it by accessing the settings in the app. You can find the settings under the profile page and at the top to the right you will find a cogwheel symbol to press. When you are in the settings, you close down the push notification.
What languages can I choose between in the app?
Wellbefy is available in Swedish and English. If your mobile is set in English or another language other than Swedish, the default language will be in English. If you wish, you can change the language of the app under the settings. You can find the settings under the profile page and at the top to the right you will find a cogwheel symbol to press. When you are in the settings, scroll down to language. Touch language to bring up other options to choose of.
Can anyone see my individual answers on the asked questions?
For us it is very important that you feel safe and comfortable with Wellbefy and answer the questions (health check) as honestly as possible. All your answers are anonymous and the registered responses can not your employer see. The answers are aggregated to an average and visible on team and organizational level (not on individual).
I registered with the wrong email address. How do I change it?
If you're signed in, you can easily adjust it by accessing the settings in the app. You can find the settings under the profile page and at the top to the right you will find a cogwheel symbol to press. When you're in the settings scroll down to change email address and then type the new one.

How does the step calculator work?
The Wellbefy app is connected to the app Health if you have iPhone and Google Fit if you have an Android. Wellbefy retrieves motion data from these apps and records it automatically when you using the Wellbefy app. In order for the connection between the apps to happen, you need to approve a request when registering in the Wellbefy app.
How many scores does each activity/exercise give?
Our workout scores is based on how tough the session is said to be. The intensity and energy consumption during the workout. It's only an approximate score. To measure the energy level more exact we need to measure the pulse continuous. We have tried to make it as fair as possible. Do you have any more thoughts about it. The automatic pedometer does not work. How can I fix it?
First, enter the settings in the app. You can find the settings under your profile and at the top on the right it is a gear you need to click on. When you're in the settings, see the automatically count steps from smartphone (see image). If it is not on, press it. If you can not find that feature, you have probably not approved the link between the Wellbefy app and Health / Google Fit when you registered. Follow the description below.
FOR ANDROID: Make sure you have Google Fit on your phone. If not, download it here. Once you've downloaded Google Fit, you need to sign up with your Google Account to get started. When you're in the Wellbefy app, the question may appear repeatedly that Wellbefy will be linked to Google Fit. Then press yes. If the question does not appear, try to sign out from the Wellbefy app and log in again and see if the question arises.
FOR IPHONE: Make sure you have the Health app on your phone. All iPhone after iPhone 4 will have the Health app on the phone. If you have an iPhone 4 or older, you'll need to register your steps manually in the app (either register steps if you know how many you've taken or register it as a walk). If you have the Health app, the issue might be that you have not linked the Health app with Wellbefy app when you did the registration. Try to sign out from the Wellbefy app and logging in again and see if a questions about linking Wellbefy app to the Health app pops up. How do I delete registered exercise?
You can easily delete registered exercise by entering your workout diary. You can find your training diary in your profile or by pressing the circle graph workout found under health analysis. When you are in the exercise diary, you will see all your registered activities. To remove the one you want, swipe left as you hold the finger of the activity to be removed (see image). To the right of the activity a bin symbol will appear. Press the symbol and your activity is removed.
